I just started my D-Zine cycle a week ago (I'm on day 8 today). I previously ran D-Zine at 30/30/30/30 but did not see great results so I was going to bump up to 45 this time around, but had a few questions...
1- is it safe to go 30/45/45/45/45? Or should I go 30/30/45/45/45 ?
2- IF while on 45 I start seeing sides/gyno do I immediately stop and go to PCT, or do I just go back down to 30 and I'll be okay?

by the way, if it helps any ....I'm 35 6'2" 205 (normally about 210/215 when working out but I just came off a cut)
