Hello, I am a new member of this site but have used it for years. I am also an NCAA D1 football player and need supplement advice. I consider myself pretty knowledgeable in this area and have certainly taken my fair share of supplements in every category, but could definitely use your opinions on what would be the most effective/strongest muscle builder that is not a steroid or legitimate pro hormone. A shocking (or unshocking) number of athletes I know are on ph's but for me the negative side affects are too great from the one I have used (Geared Up Nutrition's Torque). My diet, preworkouts, and postworkouts are all very effective for me, but during this offseason I need something much more drastic to keep up and am willing to try anything besides those two.
