So just like the title says. I want to start my forged burner log but wondering if I should take some time off before starting? Stims still have quite an affect on me so I pretty sure I don't have adrenal fatigue.

I was taking 25/200 twice a day for 3 weeks. before that I took mesomorph one scoop before training for about a month.

I probably would take 1 or 2 weeks off. But if you start it right after each other probably wouldnt be a huge deal.

You could start right now, or have some time off - it's up to you.
