I personally would use the 7-KE over Shift. However, I also use Alpha-T2 :shrug: Why not use BOTH? They both have different effects :think:

Doesnt 7-KE impart some of its fat loss via Thyroid upregulation? If so, this sounds like overkill?

true that 7-keto effects thyroid, but if you research deeper you will find that the ingredients in shift and 7-ke are very compatible. the only overkill will be to fat cells, imo.:eek:p:
