ravenous by anabolic designs or ordinary digestive enzymes?

i can buy a good digestive enzyme supplement for about a third of the UK price. Ravenous retails at approx £30

dont see the point, doesnt mean the food is going to get digested properly,

sure supplements help, but i think people tend to over think everything. just eat and train hard bro. maybe somebody who has taken those supplements will chime in. IMO, as long as u eat properly, take your staple supplements and train hard, u will grow or meet ur goals.

it's not worth the money, only benefit with ravenous from anabolic designs is to make you hungry, thats all.
