Well, I'm 4 weeks into P90X and loving it. Lots of fun and really gets me going in the morning.
I'm taking Cellucore C4 first thing, Muscle Tech Nitro-Tech Protein, and GNC Sport vitamins.
I was thinking I'd like to add a fat burner (trying to loose 25lbs). I didn't know if it would be wise to take the C4 and something else. I would think that if I waited untill noon, I should be fine.
Oh, also, I worked on my diet too. No more sodas, white breads, fried foods (maybe 1-2X a week:yumyum
Any input would be greatly appreciated.
