Experiences with ZMA

I just started taking ZMA a couple days ago and I would like to know what experiences others have had with this supplement. I'll give it a month...if no benefits, then I won't continue.

More restful sleep (even if you don't get 7-8 hours you should feel refreshed). I was taking a dose of 3 per night. As you are likely aware the thought is through the heavier sleep period GH is released so a more sound sleep means max GH release...I saw not training benefit to date from taking it other than possibly an AM workout being better since I was more well rested. Hope the results are better for yourself!

I noticed my dreams are more interesting. Not sure if my sleep is any deeper. I seem to get pretty good sleep now unless my brain is fixated on something when I'm trying to get to sleep. Increased GH release would be nice, but I think this would be hard or impossible to gauge.

Slightly heavier testies (I guess I was zinc deficient ?) and ridiculous sleep. I mean, I am sleeping like I did in my prime years of high school, about a good 9 hours without interruption.

Zinc magnesium are essential to the body. Should always supplement with them because they are commonly a mineral the body is defficent in. Go with Zinc Picolinate Magnesium Citrate and B-Complex. Yeah they are seperate and not as convient but they are more effective forms and cost effective.

Last night was my third night using ZMA. The dreams are vivid and interesting to say the least! Almost like a movie in my head (Tropic Thunder reference). The sleep has been awesome. I'll have to look into trying each (zinc, magnesium, and B6) separately in the future to save some $$$.

I'm not taking ZMA, but magnesium and zink separately... But yeah, the dreams and sleep.. The same here for me..
Tbh, sleeping a bit too hard sometimes...

i have just started taking zma's and have had ridiculously vivid dreams and have wanted 10 hours sleep. I feel super rested upon waking.

I'm planning on going with Muscle Pharm Bullet Proof for the ZMA and heard its a good product, I took the GNC ZMA and I experienced good sleep and crazy dreams like everyone else lol

Deep sleep, vivid dreams, lots of energy on limited rest, better recovery

I use ZMA as a stable, mostly cause my schedule only permits 5-6 hours sleep a night, and without ZMA I don't sleep that deep and feel like a zombie
