Precision Engineered NOS+NOS BLAST stack? HELP!!!!!

Has anyone ever tried this stack? I can get a great deal on it right now, but i've read a few places that precision engineered uses some of the cheapest ingredients possible?

Also, I looked at the ingredients in NOS and it's pretty much just like any other pill form pump product such as MRI NO2 or maybe plasma jet? So basically bottom line: Is this stack worth the $32 i could get it for?
