Good Natural Test Stack?

    Good Natural Test Stack?


    Goal: Lean up (weight 240) keep lifting and shed some extra fat in the process.

    Stack: Erase/Titanium

    In addition, all the staples, tons of protein, multi, fish oil.

    I've never used Erase or Titanium, both seem like solid products from what I've read about them. From what I've read, Erase looks like an interesting product, has anyone here used it? Would using just Erase be good for leaning up?

    A LOT of people here have used Erase - take the time to search and check out the logs and feedback. I myself are one of them - review my log The REVOLUTION of the Female Terminator CONTINUES with ERASE.

    If you have never used either Erase or Titanium before, then I recommend that you use them either a) both standalone and then stack them, or b) use one for 1-2 weeks before adding the other in, so that you know how your body responds to each of them.

    Erase standalone would be fine if your goal was losing bodyfat. Remember though, that it is your NUTRITION that is primarily going to determine your success (or lack of it) with your fat loss.

    I recommend finding out what your body composition is before anything, because if you are not under ~10% bodyfat as a male, there is no need to use anything but the basic staples, IMO.

    I recommend reviewing The 3 Keys to Fat Loss for comprehensive advice and information in nutrition, supplementation (only the basic staples required), and training for effective and successful fat loss.

    With Erase being 2 caps a day would it be best to take all 50 mgs at once or split it up morning/afternoon?

    If you're only going to use 2 caps a day, then use 1 cap first thing and the other cap ~8 hours later or pre-bed, with or without food.
