There's definitely better stacks than that out there - depends on what your goals and needs are.

I'm 19, turning 20
Goals: mass and strength

i'm eating clean, always 3000-3500 calories since im bulking, my weight is around 158ish, 8-9% bf, i also dont mind throwing on an extra 2% bf, will be hard though unless im eating fast food everyday lol

i just started to take all the basic supplements, protein, fishoils, creatine, maximize prewo, vitamin c, multi v, glutamine. figured I can get an extra boost by taking something to boost up my testosterone naturally. zma i had good expierence in the past due to my vivid dreams, was more restful

You're only 19. At your age you do not need any supplements but the Basic Staples (creatine, multivitamin, good fats, protein, and BCAAs) - at your weight, you can almost get all your good fats, protein, and BCAAs requirements from your diet. I don't recommend using anything else until you're older and have built up a solid training base, especially since you've only started just doing the basics. NUTRITION AND TRAINING are what are going to get you results.

If you want gains, then you need to eat enough for them, and no supplement is going to help you gain muscle if you're not eating for it, period! NUTRITION and TRAINING are the two factors that you need to focus on. FOOD, FOOD, and MORE FOOD is going to be IMPORTANT - if you want muscle gains, you needs to EAT for it!

Next to nutrition for mass is training. You have to be training correctly for mass - check out the article How To Maximize Mass Through Weights And Adaptation for an idea of how to train correctly for mass. And although The Essential 8 is in the fat loss section, the same exercises that are best for fat loss are also the best for gaining muscle! You also need to NOT lift almost daily - your body NEEDS recovery, since it's in your RECOVERY that you GROW (if you are eating enough).

I recommend having a training programme (AND nutrition plan - can't forget your nutrition, since that's what is going to make or break your success with gaining muscle mass!) written specifically for YOU for your goals and needs. If you can't afford a professional trainer, then take some time out to research and look around, because there is a TON of information on training for mass!

Squats. I would read up on the effects of doing heavy squats and how it can spike test.

If you really must get a supp, read up on DAA and there apparently is a new study in regards to Testofen raising test.

there should really be a bottle, labeled 'best t booster under god's green earth', and inside its empty except a note that says ' squat-dead lift- bench you p****'

i truly believe that is the best.....supp wise the few t boosters iv tried, only daa, either testforce or tcf-1 actually work imo....now daa is a must in my pct with torem

Keeping your food intake high enough will be all you need at this point for growth, along with a good weight training program.

Peanut Butter, Milk, Eggs, Whey, and Oats should be your best friends for the next few years.

Tcf-1 or testforce 2 are solid daa supplements, Titanium looks legit as well. At your age though just eat, train, and sleep. Muscles will eventually show up.

Ive been using the Testabol from Genxlabs and before that used the Tropinol from Iforce. The tropinol was great except gave me headaches. So far the Testabol is working great.

Fo Sho! Lit Up contains DAA in it as well, and is a GREAT addition to any supplement regime (just look around on the forums ;)).

I currently am running Lit UP/Free Test and am logging it, feel free to follow. HGHup is a great product as well and offers amazing sleep benefits when all 5 caps are taken pre-bed.

Lit-up is great... I still think he's too young to really worry about test boosters. But DAA is damn near guaranteed to work. Lit-up as a preworkout is fantastic and tcf-1 if not looking for a preworkout is also great.

if you choose not to take a test boosting stack....u can always take something like Lit Up with a nice creatine. Mono has proven to work, although many claim to also like the different types of creatine like CEE, creatine nitrate...etc. This simple stack, along with proper nutrition suited for your goals as well as training will provide you with nice substantial gains.

I was looking at lit up last night on nutraplanet, also considering admantium but it is sold out. I've used tcf-1 in the past, was taking it preworkout and it gave me a nice boost in the gym. Taking from that experience the daa in the other two above mentioned in addition to the other ingredients should be a solid preworkout product, just not sure which one to try?

LIT UP is a specific preworkout product - that's not to say that it cannot be used at other times of the day such as when you want increased alertness or energy, etc.

Aaah, ok. DAA can be used pre-training - hence why it is included in several preworkout products, or first thing (if using a specific product) as you do. Can't say I personally notice any difference re timing either way, but then again, DAA is pretty much useless for a female as well.

My two runs with tcf-1 I used it preworkout, once with some premax, once with just a whey and complex carb shake. Both cycles of it I noticed an increase energy, drive, and confidence in the gym. Felt like a could go in and take control of the weights, very motivated. No crash or anything, just a clean boost of energy and feeling. Probably from the neuro excitability some people were complaining about from daa, when really they just need to use it to their advantage.
