    Best OTC diuretic?


    All opinions appreciated. Need to get rid of some excess water.

    Just get some Uva Ursi and Dandelion Root.

    Also make sure you're taking nutritional measures to help with water loss, such as minimizing or eliminating sodium, drinking lots of water, and watching your carbohydrate intake, etc.
