My goal is to find an MRP (meal replacement) shake that meets the following criteria:

1. 35-45g protein per serving (whey / slow-digesting protein)
2. LACTOSE FREE or very, very, very low lactose
3. No maltodextrin or sugar equivalent
4. No creatine

The only reputable MRPs I can find are:

Isatori EatSmart (this appears to meet the entire criteria)
Labrada Lean Body (i'm not sure about the lactose level in this)
EAS Myoplex Deluxe (now discontinued-not an option)

I would love to hear YOUR input on this matter. Thanks for listening.

my favorite is golden gains by controlled labs. i was fortunate enough to be given a jug to log when it 1st came out. i liked it so much i have continued to buy and use it. i use it at work all the time for meal replacement-i work in a factory and just get a 20 minute paid lunch, it fills me up and gives a nice boost. look at the ingredients, it is a complete meal replacement, imo.

hey thebigt,

first off - thanks for your feedback.

After looking into it, Golden Gains looks pretty good, my only beef with it is that it doesn't appear to be suitable for people who are lactose intolerant.

Would you happen to be lactose intolerant by any chance?

no, man sorry. that's never been an issue for me. maybe post in the controlled labs subforum and have a rep help you with that. they are very good at helping.

eatsmart tastes pretty good. I didnt care for the vanilla though, liked the chocolate and chocolate peanut butter much better.
