Opinions on this fat attack stack

I just started my cutting diet about 2 weeks ago. First 5lbs of water are out. I'm currently 189 and 25.5% BF. Goal is to shed at least 10%bf in 3 months. A buddy of mine use the following with good results. I'm gonna give it a whirl, I just wanted your opinions. Very basic in my opinion.

1 Cap: - I'll start off with 1, considering I'm stim sensitive, then bump up to 2
Caffeine 100 MG
Acetyl L-Carnitine 400 MG
1,3 - Dimethylamylamine 20 MG
Green Tea Extract 310 MG
Gymnema Sylvestre 312 MG

Thanks for any info.

Otherwise looks ok. Prolly don't need 1,3

To be completely honest though you are at a high bf%
Fat loss stuff may not give you the results you want.
Better to look at the diet first. When the bf% gets down more then add in the burners.
Take this from someone who was over 37% bf

the supplement that I have contains this amount in 1 capsule. Yes, diet is in check, finally! So the 1,3 is no good?

Ahhhhhh I see.
Thought you meant ephedrine or something.
1,3 is ok but as far as I know does nothing for fat loss. Just gets you wired.

Best fat loss I have found (clean diet aside)
25 mg ephedrine 250 caffeine twice a day
Alpha t2 2 am 1 pm
5 grams fish oil
Recently added erase to this with amazing results.

I've been looking at erase as well. Prob add that the last month or so, hopefully I'll keep on track.

Good plan!

Erase will decrease your fat storage. Throw in some SHIFT in there too if you want to stay low stim
