with regards to stimulants, although the ingredient list does not show it, the warning label says it contains caffeine. Strange. That aside, this is the only product which I have actually 'felt'. I've tried GPLC which, in literature, anyway, is the only proven NO stimulator. However I was a non-responder. If you can find this for a reasonable price ($20.00 range), it's definately worth a go. I bought it on pre-sale and got BOGO but that has long passed. Good luck.

caffeine is a misprint as far as i have heard from the rep on another forum.

the nitrates take effect in time, and I notice better results with continued use. I use 2 scoops pre-workout 5 days/wk.

I'd get some power shock to go with it to add to the nitrate effects.
1hr pre 1 scoop power shock
45min pre 1.5-2scoops pump-bol

i would not be combining two nitrate products together, powershock if anything is too high in nitrates already. for me and most ppl i know who tried it getting light headed or a headache was what just about everybody experienced.

you can do some major damage to your health stacking nitrate supps.

anyway, OP good choice going stim free and yes nitrates>gplc for pumps.

i've done ok with it, there are plenty of nitrates in the power shock, and they help a little with pumps. I just don't notice big pumps with pumpbol w//o the power shock.

This is really interesting to me... I have used the VPX BCAA Nitrate product for months now, and sometimes do feel those effects. Do Nitrates cause nausea by the way?

Anyway - vegetables have Nitrates and I have done some reading on them, and couldn't find anything serious as far as health deterioration. Please let me know what side effects to look out for, or URLs to visit, thanks! :)

I wouldnt add the PowerShock to Pump-bol, Pump-bol by itself should have more then enough nitrates at 2 scoops. Pump-bol is an awesome product for pumps and all around fullness. If you want a stim free pre workout then i would definitly go with this. Another option i like, or like to add to my pre workout, is carnobolic, becuase gives me all the benifits for Beta-alanine without those annoying tingles.

yes, they can cause nausea.
Thanks... I violently vomited after a workout a couple months ago, but I had ALSO noticed a very obvious connecting theme along with nitrates that I was ingesting prior to lifting as well: Glucuronolactone.

I had eventually sworn off Glucuronolactone, and even in the absence of nitrates it caused this severe nausea for hours on end after my workout ended. I would have to sit still for hours to avoid puking.

I researched Glucuronolactone online with some pretty involved attention and in-depth investigation, but didn't see many spelled out side-effects involving vomiting. Perhaps it is just my reaction.

Yesterday I took 1 scoop of Mesomorph, 2 caps of Creatine Nitrate, 1 scoop of Pump-Bol pre-workout, 1 scoop of Powershock intra-workout and 1 scoop of Powershock post-workout and I didn't get any side effects, just sayin lol

Only thing I don't like about pump-bol is it goes right though me, too much magnesium for my liking.

so you narrowed it down to the glucuronalactone? i was gonna say, not only have i never had that problem with the nitrates-i haven't heard anyone else complain either-at least with the aps products that i have been following.

The first day I stacked creatine nitrate and vpx power shock (6 caps CN & 2 scoops vpx) I felt like throwing up between sets. Hasn't happened since.... Just insane pumps and an orgasmic workout !!

Awww man. Hmmm, that's interesting. The nausea only set in well after the workout, about 30 minutes after my last set. I hate throwing up more than ANY bodily function by far, haha. I HATE IT.
