I am trying to get my daily supplements right in order to optimize T-levels, sense of well being, etc. Below is my daily regimen. Does anyone have any alterations or recommendations? I had suffered through low T for 3.5 years and was just able to restart 6 months ago, so I am trying to fully recover!

Men's Multi-vitamin
Vitamin C - currently taking 1g, how much should I take for cortisol control? My cortisol reading was 19.7 on a scale of 4-22
Vitamin D3 - currently taking 4000 iU, I was a 42 on a scale of 30-100, I have been told 10,000 iUs before but then there is some other minerals I must take with it?
Fish Oil - 3 capsules, 3g, 1g of the fatty acids
Zinc - 50 mg of zinc gluconate, have slightly elevated estrogen, trying to battle that. How much should I take and what kind?

Also have an underperforming thyroid with TSH of 2.93 on a 0.35-4.5 scale and prolactin of 13 on a 2-18 scale if anyone has any recommendations on those.

Also due to low T I gained about 30 pounds of unwanted weight so I am in the process of cutting that as well.
