Would anyone know what 5 caps of bioresponse DIM would have done to my estrogen levels after 2 weeks? I took 3 in the morning and 2 at night. I read a review from one guy at iHerb who said that 6 per day dropped his estrogen too far, then he stopped for 4 days to let it go back up to his target level. This is what I was aiming to do.
He didn't say whether he split the dose. Would splitting the dose the way I did have less effect than 5-6 all at once?
