Nata-D during PCT

I'm confused as to if this product is suppressive or not, or if it's hormonal at all? LG says to take a mild or lite PCT following a cycle of it, but also says it's non steroidal and it's a plant androgen? The reviews seem good but would it yield any results during a PCT. Or is it suppressive and it should not be taken during PCT at all?
