Use with your pre workout meal 15 min before, get in at LEAST 80g of complex carbs.... then have a BADASS workout

Look up the P-Slin product write-up.
Quite a few individuals have used it - look around for logs, feedback, and reviews.
Although they contain different ingredients, P-Slin and Glycibol are both nutrient repartitioners/insulin mimics.
