is it ok on a cut
Yes - you should use it as a staple ANY time you are doing anaerobic or resistance training! if you can't cut effectively and successfully using creatine, then you're doing something wrong with your nutrition and/or training (primarily nutrition)!

thank you. ive never used creatine much even though its been out forever and a staple in alot of peoples arsenal.
