What exactly is an "ice wand" when talking about *** or glitches??

The ice wand is an overpriced ice pack they sell. The glitch you are refering to is a glitch in their computer system that results in you getting a ridiculously large order for very little money. Essentially if you purchase 4 "ice wands" which are basically just ice packs to keep beverages cold and 4 Myofusion tubs (5lbs each) with your gold card the entire order comes to ~$90 when it should be a little less than $300.
