IMHO Intrain by CL is better than Intrabolic. so intrain+map.
either way we both like MAP, LOL!
I'm actually using MAP right now in 6 separate servings throughout the day. between meals, pre/post workout. Why? well I typically use Beverly Internationals liver tabs for this protocol, and love it, so it's kinda an experiment.
As far as intra workout, I agree with Sean
but im looking at it like this:
Intrabolic is 8g hydro whey 65%-80%, 7g EAA (5g Leucine), 3.2g BA
MAP+BCAA+BA is 10g casien hydro 80%, 7g BCAA, 3.2g BA
I use a product like this near the end of my work out and right after, half at the end and half after. I was curious what you guys thought, ill go with intrabolic since its been recommended more. Ive used the product once and liked it, i thought maybe the stack would be better lol
