    magnesium oil revsited

I looked at a brand of this where for a "serving" it listed substantially less than a body bulders reccomended dosage of magnesium. For those of you who have tried it:

    1) Did you use more than what the bottle said?

    2) Have you compared it to other bioavalable magnesiums like magnesium citrate? Do you really feel that it dose more?

The only effect I get from oral mag is the runs LOL
I actually got a blood test done and my DHEA went up way over base line, I also could feel the difference and I NEVER GET SORE. I also like the way this stuff leans you up from the cortisol inhibiting hormones that DHEA brings. I have also noticed that not once this year have I gotten a runny nose unlike past winters. My favorite aspect to it is the increased adrenals, my blood pressure actually rises if I get too into my music and I start to get dry blood clots in my nose hahha.
