I injured my lower back a few days ago. I decided to do an arm workout today and took some. After about 30-45 minutes I noticed my injury site felt like it was bulging, not in a bad way though. Sort of like a pump but no pain associated with it. After 2 hours, it is still feeling swole (as opposed to swolen)I am guessing the gms drew more fluid to the area. Doesn't feel any worse, maybe a little better. My questions are:
Would this be a bad thing or a positive side effect?
Is my assesment correct?
