Guys, I've been taking this L-Optizinc (zinc l-monomethionine), 30 mg 1x/day, for a couple of weeks, and I definitely have been hornier, harder, and more energetic. The effect is subtle, but definite enough, over enough time, that I doubt it's a placebo effect.
Anyone think I should go to 60 mg/day? 90?
