Multivitamin skin complexion test

Ive heard that when a multi is really being absorbed and helping increase alkylinity, it can even help clear up skin problems. Has anyone found that their skin looks better on certain multi's?

From experience, I can say that my skin got worse on Vitamin World brand multi. I don't think it was a coincidence that I would regularly find a good portion of the pill in my poo.

I used to get rashes from animal pak's, think it was milk thistle or hawthorn berry

Im starting to think that pill fillers may be really bad. I mean, their not so bad if used them the way they were intended(to fill one or two perscription medication pills) but if your taking eleven big pills like with Animal Pak, that's a lot of crap! Then you throw in other pills and woah buddy!

I just switched my multi to a gell cap and Im looking for a way to eliminate at least most of my pill fillers.

Yea I just use a cheap multi now and eat well along with a few other vits. here and there

A multi is something you shouldn't skmip out on. The difference between a quality multi and a cheap one is only about $10, but it goes a long way. From source of the minerals, to how well it's absorbed, and overall quality. Your not only talking about bodybuilding gains here, we're talking about health and that's something you just don't put a price on.

Our Invalid Link Removed product comes with antioxidants in it. That will promote healthy skin. Oral vitamin D has also Invalid Link Removed to prevent skin infections. So pick a multi with a quality source of Vitamin D.

OT is by far my favorite multi.....very solid product and worth the price, can be had for roughly 50cents per day

My favorite (at nutra) is MST's MVP. No fillers, no binders and the vitamins come from very bioavailable sources, not to mention they include greens, chelated minerals, etc.. It's been keeping me happy for years.
