Prime worked best for me on week 3 and 4.... Very good product- your diet must be check with......

My goal was to lose some pounds with out losing any strength and prime help me.... I was 200lb now am down to 192-193--- with a diet of 2894 Calories/day

if that is what you asking.. .You can use prime to bulk too just increase your cal...

What are you goals?
