Molecular Nutrition - X Factor Advanced Results???

    Hi

Just wondering if anyone can comment on personal experience and detail of gains.

I currently can grab 2 bottles of 50 days worth at £66, but not sure if I should take the plunge. Was actually thinking about using during PCT.

There are very few complete logs, hence me calling out.

Lol, well like I said, Im not dishing out the cash without some input from other members experience. From what I have read on some other forums - mostly bb.com, it defiantly is not worth the money.

Well how much meat do you meat. If your going with fish half the time then you will see more noticable gains. For someone like me who eats zero fish zero meat I would see a big difference in AA levels. It all depends on your body.

Mostly fish - salmon, tuna etc..... not huge amounts but a couple of portions a week. I eat whole eggs quite regularly. I hardly have beef now, got kind of sick of it.

I would be looking mostly for Lean gains, strength second and care less about the aches it leaves. I don't need to be almost disabled the day after legs in order for me to know I had a good workout. No pain no game is mostly BS talk...... IMO
