  1. Supplements That Counteract One Another?


    I know that your not suppose to take calcium and zinc together because your body priortizes the calcium over the zinc. And I recently read that Arginie and Lysine shouldn't be taken together either. Is this True? What supplements shouldn't be taken together?

  3. BSN used to say that their NO stuff didn't work if you took 10 or mae grams of glutamine. Well, glutamine doesn't even work, and arginine only releases insulin, so who knows.

    Its funny you say that, the other day i was reading in a magazine how increaseing your fiber intake decreases testosterone. Now I know why...lol

  8. ohhhhhh no idea ill have around 30-40 3x a day meal and around 80-90 pre workout meal and 60-70 post workout meal
