HGHPro/insulin Q?

Just got myself a bottle of this stuff and i must say AI did a VERY good job. Last night i had my first dose (4 capsules) prior to bed and slept like a rock. My main question is about insulin and how it blunts growth hormone. How long should I wait to dose my HGHPro after my last meal of the day, assuming it was loaded with carbs. Also, im not sure if its different from person to person but how long would your insulin levels be spiked after a meal? Thanks again guys!

If you had carbs with that last, then wait at least two hours before taking the HGHpro...or at least this is what I have been told to do

Thanks a million stxnas. Last night i waited an hour and a half so next time ill just make sure to have a really early dinner. STILL slept like a god and woke up like a warrior haha. Great stuff AI
