Only need to take it preworkout. You can supplement on off days using bulk monohydrate, however, only for a few weeks; as it's not necessary past that point to continue daily use, i.e. creatine saturation.

ASGT pre-workout is plenty creatine, no need to add more. I think ASGT is best when taken 4+ days a week. You can always do a half scoop on off days, and/or use the monohydrate. I really noticed ASGT kick in when I took a half scoop on off days.

Asgt has enough creatine. I suggest taking it everyday but on off days take one scoop in the am...asgt works best in long runs...

Okay, i was thinking 2 scoops m-w-f when i lift,and t-t-s one scoop when i do cardio, and maybe the mono on sundays

and just cause it makes me feel good
