    asgt ?


    Is it important to take every day? Is this because of the creatine or are there other factors. Can i take it 3 times week as pre workout and just take creapure i already have on the other days. Is there enough creatine in 1 scoop or 2 or should i take the creapure in addition everyday

    Only need to take it preworkout. You can supplement on off days using bulk monohydrate, however, only for a few weeks; as it's not necessary past that point to continue daily use, i.e. creatine saturation.

    ASGT pre-workout is plenty creatine, no need to add more. I think ASGT is best when taken 4+ days a week. You can always do a half scoop on off days, and/or use the monohydrate. I really noticed ASGT kick in when I took a half scoop on off days.

    Asgt has enough creatine. I suggest taking it everyday but on off days take one scoop in the am...asgt works best in long runs...

    Okay, i was thinking 2 scoops m-w-f when i lift,and t-t-s one scoop when i do cardio, and maybe the mono on sundays

    Yea that's good...u can take 5-10g of bcaa before cardio to maintain muscle mass

    oxyelite
    alpha t-2
    erase
    fish oil
    orange triad
    trutein morning andbefore bed
    on whey post workout
    and ghenerate

    also have extend iwas taking on cardio days
    and anadraulic pump just cause it makes me feel good

    Taking Oxyelite too close to ASGT is going to be a harsh stim. There's already 150mg of caffeine in a single serving of ASGT.
