Supplement /Training Timing

    Supplement /Training Timing


    Okay, I have been wt training seriously for 7 yrs. I have changed my training for the past 6 weeks for a triathlon, main exercise has been swimming, cycling, and running. The tri is Oct 3 and after that I am taking 2 weeks off from ANY training, get a little rest. I am looking to build some muscle the next few months, fortunately I barely lost any during the tri training, so wondering what would be the best scheduling for supps.

    I just bought the Erase/Titanium stack, also have MassFX/TST Powercell, SD, Dienedrone, Epi, HD, Turinabol, T911, Formadrol.

    I was thinking:
    • 2 weeks off from training and supps
    • 4 wks Titanium or MassFX/TST
    • PH Cycle
    • PCT (SERM and Titanium)


    Any thoughts?

    depending on how much weight your trying to put on you could run just the test boosters or just the ph cycle and then pct.try posting this in this section for alot more advice and thoughts
