  1. Talking The GREATEST intra-workout mix(idea)


    Ok so here it is. 2 scoops of purple in train+ 1-2 scoop(s) of PurplE WrAAth+ 1 serving of GlycerGrow+ 1 serving of waxy maize(or vitrago)+ and 1 cap of Recompadrol(or your favorite insulin mimicker). In train already has some banaba in it for the insulin but since were adding extra carbs to it the insulin mimicker would help a lot more.

Purple in train for 2 scoops would last 30 workouts, 1 scoop of purplE wrAAth would last 90 workout(which is a really long time), GlycerGrow lasts 120 workouts(which is forever), and waxy maize is uber cheap. For 5 days a week workout it would last 6 weeks for PIN, EAA would last 18 weeks and GG would last 24 weeks Purple in train is the one that you would have to purchase again.

    I just added Wraath for more EAA. in train already has EAA in it so a person could take wraath out and it would be at a much lower price.

  6. i take bcaas and creatine while training, sometime i add carbs if i feel like ill need it (leg day lol)

    Waxy maize is really helping me out a lot. Cause I wait 1-1.5 hours after I've ate to take ASGT and pump so the carb helps me not to get hungry and to stay in gym longer and GlycerGrow gives me good pumps and has cut down my rest time by A LOT(most of the time by 1-2 minutes ) and to go at it HARD and HEAVY!
