1) I'm not into injecting MII
2) Tanning Beds = Wrinkles (Im older...so I'm avoiding them these days)
3) Topicals+Spray Tan Boothjs (Mystic Tan/Spray Tan) - ALL a PAIN

Thoughts on the aforementioned combo? Canthaxanthin+Forskolin

Anything else to add?

I am kinda cautious about a pill that can alter your skin pigment. Never heard of it before the ads popped up here on AM.

With those supps I'd fear looking like one big carrot.

Guys, I think I know the sun gets you tan! LOL

When you get to be in your 40's, and you've abused ther sun and tanning (was outdoors all the time) you start to worry about decreasing your chances for MORE Sun fdamage and wrinkles, hence the thread.

I do get in the sun for the Vitamin D but limited only now due to skin trashing.

Hi,

You've been seeing those recurring ads on the top of every forum page too huh? Haha... why not inject - just curious, as it is absolutely painless with a water based 30g insulin needle and you're simply optimizing your own pigment.

Tyrosine definintly helps hold the tan, but making you tan I don't think it fits the bill. Honestly, for safety sake I'd say the best bet would be spray/mystic tanning. Look at it this way, it gives you an excuse to have your lady rub you down an extra time or two!!!:bigok:

Ha, yeah I got spray tanned at my last competition... didn't know what was going on when she said "OK, take your posing trunks off." WHAT!? The tan was perfect though, but for $180 I guess that's about right!
