Reason I ask is because I got off a 2 month cycle of oep about a month ago but since then I have taken a preworkout 3 times a week.
Guess what I am asking is if I should cycle off stims entirely for a few weeks or if I'll be ok just jumping into this stack ?
Also side note I plan on taking this stack with dicreatine malate and super cissus. Will I be ok at a gallon of water a day or should I bump that up to more? Trying to lean out before my next tournament (november) without losing too much muscle. I expect to lose some but just dont want to lose muscle only.
Dont know if that made any sense. I'm kinda beat right now.
