Worth taking ZMA with multi pro 32x?

Should I bother taking ZMA if this is is my current multi?
AST Multi Pro 32X x 100 capsules


levels are:
tamin B6 30 mg 1500%
Magnesium (as Magnesium Oxide) 100 mg 25%
Zinc (as Zinc Chelate) 30 mg 200%


and this is per capsule and I take 2 a day.

What do you guys think?

Yup, ZMA is different than the Zinc & magnesium found in multi's

The Zinc and Magnesium in ZMA are Zinc monomethionine aspartate and Magnesium Aspartate.
