Can the use of PH's give you white spots on your face?

I noticed that i have white spots on my face.. i used to get them as a little kid but havent gotten them for years. I am taking all of my vitamins so i dont understand where this is coming from other than from pro hormones
 
Its not the prohormones... the white spots come and go for me.

Gamer knows more about white spots on your face tho you should ask him haha.
 
no they are like patches that don't tan in the sun lol.. I used to get them as a kid.. they're a skin condition that just comes and go's

Not from the PH, could be a scar.. It wont tan. Totally normal.
