Yea I take it with me to school and post-WO. I'm not trying to skimp on my carbs right now in PCT so this helps a ton more than just protein. The glucosamine and msm in there have been helping with sore joints so thats a big plus for me. I like it with milk jb.
Ok, I tried the Onslaught again today using less water and it tastes better .. I actually enjoy the taste.. Too much water makes it taste like baby formula lol..
