Been using the following for the past 3 wokout days and find it to be fantastic. I encourage others to try.
-1 (wait 15 minutes)
-2 scoops ASGT (wait another 15 minutes)
then I wait 15 minutes and leave for the gym. By the time I am warmed up and ready to lift, I already have a massive full body pump going on and in the zone. This will be my PW for a while. I've been recomping the last few months an will be starting a cycle in a month or two but wanted to get to a certain level of coditioning first without the anabolic assistance. I think this pw stacks will aide in my goal!
FYI, this stack still kicks ass on my keto days (the AP doesn't seem to make me hypo in the absence of carbs)
