In all reality... its nearly a losing battle from the onset, to have an active forum based around the science of supplements, and to somehow police who can offer reviews and feedback based on who is paying their monthly dues; I am sure the Admin deal with an endless amount of messages crying 'no fair,' and ultimately leads them to act at times over and above what they deem necessary.
There are plenty of great products out there... and I wholly believe that a massive majority of the people who make and represent them are genuinely gracious and honest athletes simply trying to improve and live the dream like all of us.
When I'm dieting I pop slin-sanes like vitamin-c chew tabs. I take a few at a time with larger carb meals or cheat meals. Honestly slin-sane seems to be a bit weeker on a per pill basis, so I often take multiple doses at once.

I've been likingso far, started with 1 cap before pre-workout meals, now taking a second cap later in the day.
I was thinking of taking 2 caps for pre-workout meal, but noticed a couple people talking about 1 cap pre-bed as well, anyone else try this method?
Anyways if anyone else if taking and find you found the perfect dosing method let me know
