Massage a small amount of virgin coconut oil into your skin every night before bed. This stuff is magic and doesnt block pores, has improved my slight wrinkles immensely (im 27 but a hard worker). Good stuff and very cheap!

if you really want your skin to glow use accutane 20mgs 3 times a week for 2 weeks then 1 time a week for maintenance depends how bad your acne is. If it is moderate then 20mgs for 2 weeks straight then take 20mgs once a week. I have no issues with acne but i do run cycles, when i start to break out i use the above protocol the 3 times a week one then 1 time a week for maintenance skin glows bro. read up on it fist it has many side effects but your running it at an extremely low dose. People that have serious side effects are usually on 40-80mg's per day for 4-6 months straight. I don't get any sides except some dry skin the first 2 weeks.

Roaccutane is terrible for your health, try anything else you can first. Seriously it is bad, I've had it myself.

yeah but at a low dose it isn't that bad. I've had plenty of blood work done and never had any problems i never went above 20mg for 2 weeks straight. 20mg once a week is just enough to keep the glands in check at least for me it is. That low of a dose isn;t goign to do **** to my liver.

Hi,
Cut a lemon into halves and rub its juice on your face.
Drink plenty of water, eat fresh fruits and vegetables and take a daily vitamin supplement to prevent unwanted pigmentation and maintain healthy skin.
Avoid harsh chemicals that can bleach your skin.
always keep the face beautiful and fresh.
Get will good result.

Excellent suggestions here. I would also suggest aloe.

Try a cleansing tea such as Daily Detox, but Traditional Medicinals or detox, but Triple Leaf Brand. Both of these properties help to clear the skin from the inside out. They work on cleansing the liver which is the start to a lot of our body dysfunctions. You might breakout initially because it is bringing all of the impurities out of the skin. You can counteract this with a very good facial wash if your skin is super sensitive. I like to use Nuetrogena's Rapid Clear Oil Control Facial wash. It is so effective in drying up and clearing breakouts I use it on my back and arms too whenever I have hormone fluctuations during my contest prep.
