But really I think the most important thing about supplementing your diet and routine is KNOWING and RESEARCHING what chemicals, compounds and herbs you're putting into your body..

Supplements can get EXPENSIVE.. And logs are great, but since everyone reacts differently then can you really rely on logs? Do you know what changes a supplement makes in your body's chemistry?

And last... Some people seem to SUPPLEMENT their body with FOOD, relying on everything else to work miracles...
