If I had to choose, which one should I go with?
I've been usingfor about a year straight. I love it. I just got my Beef Aminos about three days ago and now I use both. The Uni-liver has a higher BCAA count and more minerals. The Beef Aminos are higher in some of the other EAA's. I would recommend the Uni-Liver based on the profile but you might want to post on the Universal Thread.
