Does anyone have any experience with this. I started creatine yesterday and have always responded amazing to it gaining lots of size and strength, however, I'm really after a more recomp style workout and diet than strength and size.
So would working out my abs and calves (hardest places for me to progress) every workout volumize these muscles like the rest of my muscles in the body like creatine does?
Should I even bother with creatine as a recomp supplement?
