i take xtend about an hour before i workout then i mix a few scoops with my preworkout, and drink it before i go to bed after my workout. Is this to much or a waste?

20g of bcaa immedately post is what i do. you get a lot from foods as well

Personally I take capped BCAA's pre-workout and before bed and just drink Xtend post-workout.

i take xtend intraworkout and post. if you're cutting though, its not a bad idea. your body will use it so in that respect it's not really a waste, but you can get a lot of bcaa's from whole foods

thanks for the responses. I have just been noticing i feel great drinking it throughout the day,and wondered if it was just in my head.

I used to drink it during the day until I went to afghanistan and haven't gotten anymore yet. Watermelon is da stuff.

I take it intraworkout.

But for an intense cut, I believe that it is good to drink some throughout the day

20 post work out is to much. Remember 25 grams over 8 hours is all you need. Save your money. Peak MPS peaks with 25 grams or so over 8 hours.
