i take xtend about an hour before i workout then i mix a few scoops with my preworkout, and drink it before i go to bed after my workout. Is this to much or a waste?
i take xtend intraworkout and post. if you're cutting though, its not a bad idea. your body will use it so in that respect it's not really a waste, but you can get a lot of bcaa's from whole foods
