Well, after many months, I'm going to do a cut; not a recomp, but a full-blown cut. Over the past year, I've put on a ton of mass (~20 lbs) and I'd say it's been about 15 lbs of LBM with 5 lbs of fat. That being said, I'd like to cut around 10 lbs total over the next 7-8 weeks. Fortunately, I've somewhat kept up with my conditioning and will be re-implementing sprints into my routine very soon. The diet and training is down, but I'm fielding ideas for supplements to toss into the cutting stack.
