Looking 4 a New Creatine, Suggestions plz!

So basically im looking for a new creatine supp. Should i go with ester or mono? I was looking at ON's creatine monohydrate. Cheap and it looks like it has the right ingredients. Thanks!

why don't you look up some creatine logs or reviews...there's only about 7,234 threads on creatine

and there's plenty of info on ester and mono on here too

Check out creapure by Primoridal or Dymatize micronize creatine monohydrate. I have had excellent luck with both. Creapure is some good quality stuff.

Yeah i tried looking, there no specific creatine forum is there? Also i tried using the search tool, i typed in creatine and i got a whole bunch of threads about all different sorts of supps. My eyes got pretty sore after searching page after page trying to find threads just about creatine. ya know.
