Hey guys, I have found a lot of info on DAA and what the research papers say and what people have said about the stuff.
Well I bought some, and was just wondering when everybody is taking it? I was thinking about taking in the morning when i wake up. Or...would it be better to take before bed? or an hour before working out?
Any thoughts or recommendations would be much appreciated.
