    Combination


    Hello everyone!

    I'd like to know if I can combine these 2:
    Lypo 6x and Amino 2222 Liquid(sorry for the inconvenience but I still cant link urls)

    I'm wondering since they both contain Phenylalanine.

    Well, I weigh 68 kilos but I have some extra fat due to improper eating and etc.
    I plan to do a lot of cardio plus exercises which require only my strength(pushups, pullups etc) in order to get that fat out of me.

    Thank you guys, problem is that I already bought Lypo6x for me and Amino 2222 Liquid for a close friend of mine, who somehow decided he is too busy(lazy) to start training so now I have both supplements. Thats why Im wondering if I can combine them. They contain Phenylalanine and Im afraid of overdosing with it, not sure .

    This Ok stack them but for the Amino 2222 DOUBLE THE DOSE and i asume has sugars (fructose, or corn syrup) ? is not too bad but you pay for Amino`s NOT for sugars.

    i dont think you will have a problem though
    Phenylalanine has some properties that might increase protein synthesis but i think were talking like 3-4 Grams not mg's so youll be fine
    plus i dont think overdosing on amino acids could hurt unless you take an exaggerated amount

    lipo 6x doesnt even contain that much phenyl
    Synthetic Acacia Rigidula Mimicking Complex 100mg *
    Verified Grade Of Activity Level:100%
    Thyroid Stimulating Proprietary Matrix *
    B-Phenylethylamine HCL *
    N-Methyl-B-Phenylethylamine *
    Tyramine HCL *
    Hordenine *
    so youll end up with less than a gram of phenyl and many phenyl supps reccommend like 1.5 g so yeah i think youll be fine
