    U could really just take out the AEE in favor for more citrulline.

    personally i just run some citrulline malate with some creatine. add in a stim when necessary. geranium also works a lot better when mixed with some caffeine.

    what dosages are u planning on goin with?

    Well dosing is probably what I need to play around with. Im new to making mixtures from bulk, I have done straight 5g creatine 2g BA in juice before, it worked fine, but I want something to stimulate the NO too, thats the reason for the AEE and citrulline. Taurine has grabbed my attention through some research and the dimeth i wouldnt use all the time, just when i needed the rush. I actually was trying to stay away from caffeine if possible, all the PWO drinks ive ever had have had caffeine in them, wanted to see what itd be like without it. May change that upon testing however lol

    Ok another question, if I were to mix these... Is there something that I could add to give it a better flavor. Ive got the upperhand buying bulk instead of buying already packaged PWO supplements, but they have the upperhand when it comes to taste.

    U could get citrus dew flavoring from nutra, or just go to the store and buy some of those no calorie drink mixes

    what did u read on taurine? ive never gotten any benefit from it.

    from what ive heard AEE tastes of something horrid and is very, very difficult to mask the flavor... AAKG has nearly no taste. have u already bought these bulk powders? id go with crystal light grape or walmart brand knockoff.

    Buying bulk is the way to be. You control the ingredients, you control the dosages, and you control the price. Win/win/win.. It probably doesn't taste as great, but I don't have a vagina so it doesn't really matter to me. (Plus, you don't get quality additives like Acesuflame Potassium, Sucralose, Silicon Dioxide, etc)

    Arginine is a waste of money, especially when you have the superior Citrulline Malate in the mix. Take 5-10g of Citrulline, start at a lower dose and see what the 'sweet spot' is for you.

    Also Taurine and Beta-Alanine should not be taken together as they compete for the same receptors. Beta Alanine is not so much a 'pre-workout' supplement as it is a saturation supplement. You want to split 4-6g of BA (into 2-3 doses) and take them through the day, much more effective results.

    Taurine is better as a post-workout supplement, and you're looking at 1-2g post, with another 1-2 later in the day.

    Creatine Mono, that's fine, you shouldn't need more than 3g/day. But it is cheap so dose it as you see fit.

    1,3 Dimeth -- this is your own stim prerogative. I could give you my bulk dimeth for free if I didn't have to pay shipping. Would not recommend.

    Shizandrol A -- garbage, look into something effective (and surprisingly cheap) like Vipocetine (10-40mg) instead.

    Finally, I'd say add some Carnitine into the mix. Depending on how much money you have left choose one: GLPC >> ALCAR >> LCAR (ranked in that order).

    drop the arginine, and swap it for GPLC, its the first studied ingredient shown to actually increase nitric oxide levesls, the rest looks pretty good....
    primoridal has it in caps, which is what i prefer as the powder has a unique taste to it
