As of right now ive been taking Jack3d for about a month and usually take in 52grams of whey protein on workout days. What a good post workout supplement? My goal is to just get toned.
I drink MAP by primordial performance.... check it out seems like good stuff..
would creatine be a bad choice? especially if i wanna get toned or is it only for bulking??
For post workout, I think a good BCAA++Glycine would help a lot 30 minutes after workout. Then followed by a good protein/carbo mix.
2 scoops protein, 5g creatine, and about 30-60 g complex carbs(ie oats) post workout..
As for me postal is good if u not worried about carbs. And 30min after 40g of whey

Ive been wanting to try postal to go along with my other lg goodies but have yet too see a good sale on it
I use NO synthesize w a scoope of BCAA's and Glutamine after... Then 45 min after, a meal w complex carbs and protein...
Postal is not to expensive.
